Intervention is a highly individualized service, provided in a one-on-one setting. The goal of this service is to help decrease challenging behaviors, while increasing the child’s communication skills, socialization skills, ability to engage in appropriate play, and independence. The Intervention Specialist will implement therapy goals in daily therapeutic sessions with children who have a developmental disability and/or who exhibit challenging behaviors. Intervention Professionals will also advise and assist parents/guardians with therapeutic techniques and strategies.
Our Intervention Professional's work with children between the ages of 3-17 to provide services in the child’s home, school, center, and within the community. We feel rendering services across various environmental settings will help children develop lifelong skills that ensure long-term success and happiness.
Hourly Rate:
$26 – $32
